Progress Build 2 (Murder on The Run)

For this progress build, I implemented a lot more of the story and also added a few more details to the look of the game.I also attempted to implement some of Bitsy's hacks.  For example, the sprite follower hack and the bitsy muse hack I did run into problems trying to implement these so I will continue to work on them for future progress builds , as well as continue to adding more detail.
